I first got to your site searching for a review of the Dune-“Sequels” that Brian Herbert and “that other guy” wrote instead of Dune.
thats for point out the very disappointing truth that this marvelous series will not be completed in the fashion it deserves.
BUT!
Judging by your favorite list, you are tastewise a kindred spirit!
Yet, I don’t see any reviews (positive or negative) of one of my favoreite authors: N.K. Jemisin!
Have you ever considered reading one of her books?

As for Jemisin, I’ve read The Fifth Season, but wasn’t fully convinced by it. It wasn’t bad, but I didn’t like the transparant politics. There’s a review on the blog, it should be in the review index…
